ONE MORE LIKE (2025)

The feature film ONE MORE LIKE addresses an important social phenomenon: the like-hunting mindset of social media, its dangers, and the proliferating trend of sexual content creation through a fictional story based on true events. Targeted erotic and pornographic platforms attract an increasing number of young people who are vulnerable to this subject—potentially struggling with financial difficulties or emotional manipulation—as seen in the case of the film’s protagonist, a girl raised in a children's home.

STORY

PATRIK is a young boxer in his twenties who starts boxing under pressure from his father. His father’s abandonment leaves him unmotivated and irritable. In the absence of a long-term relationship or love, he spends his time with prostitutes, as his self-confidence is too low to open up to true love. His life stalls when a sudden injury forces him to give up on his life's greatest success: winning the world championship belt. At his lowest point, DZSENI—who once escaped from a children's home—bursts into his life, turning it upside down as a case of love at first sight. The romance is temporarily cut short by an unexpected opportunity and the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, causing the young lovers to drift apart. PATRIK vents his anger and disappointment through boxing once again. T-REX lives the true star life that PATRIK has always craved. T-REX’s rising popularity serves as a constant mirror for the boy, making him increasingly frustrated by his own neglect. He sets his mind on winning a world title of his own. This is when DZSENI reappears, reshuffling PATRIK’s life just as it was getting back on track. The girl shows a side of herself the boy has never seen before, leaving him frustrated and anxious. PATRIK collapses when he realizes his only love is a popular and successful sex influencer on a digital platform. The new situation causes moral dilemmas and conflicts. The girl decides on a reckless move that forces PATRIK into a corner. In a fit of sudden impulse, he does something that will affect the rest of his future life.
